Orders ship directly from our supplier in China. Most orders arrive in 10-20 business days after they are placed.
Order by November 24, 2026 for the best chance of Christmas delivery. Carrier deadlines are later, but our fulfillment cutoff is earlier so we can process and hand off every order.
You will receive a tracking link by email when the order ships. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to show movement after the label is created.
Weather, carrier volume, customs, and address issues can add transit time. If tracking has not moved for 5 business days, contact us and we will investigate.
If the package arrives damaged, keep the box and packing materials and contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace it or refund it.
