Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Condition

The warmer must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. The candle must be unopened. If the item arrived damaged or defective, skip the condition rule and contact us with photos.

How to start a return

• Email sam@cedarloopstudio.xyz with your order number and the reason.
• We will send a return address and instructions.
• Ship the item back with tracking. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item was damaged or wrong.
• We inspect the return and refund the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Non-returnable

Used candles, opened candle jars, and items damaged by misuse are not returnable.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong item or it arrived damaged, we will replace it at no cost. Email us within 48 hours of delivery.
